Welcome to the Lots of Kids Organization. This site is an extension of the Lotsofkids.com website which was started in 2003 by Jim and Michelle Lehmann as a way of providing support and comraderie to parents of large families. As the site grew, the desire and need of the members for actual support in their own communities and areas increased. As with the original site, the webmasters saw a need and endeavored to fill it. That is why this site was born.

At this early stage, this site is just meant to be a starting point where families located in different areas of the United States and the world can find and connect with other large families who live in their regions. In the future, we hope to expand into a true not-for-profit organization providing more formal resources and ways for families to connect.
